Our goal is to ship our customers good products in good condition.
If purchaser is not present at residence package will be left at front door of residence or business.
It is the responsibiltiy of purchaser to give us a safe drop off address.
Creative Crown will not be responsible for stolen packages.
Returns: will only be accepted with our return authorization.
Please call customer service at (800) 315- 6311 before returning any products.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
All returns must be in good condition and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
No custom cut corners other than 90 degress will be returnable.
No custom designed moldings will are returnable.
No flexible crown molding are returnable.
Returnable products policy:
All efforts are made to explain how to install, the type of material, how to paint and warnings.

Any products returned that are not the fault of Creative Crown are subject to the
customer paying freight both directions of transit.

Damages: Must be reported to us within 2 working days.
Save all packaging material so it can be inspected by the carrier if requested.
We reserve to option to replace any damaged goods over returning the entire your order.
